What do we mean by responsive? At some large agencies, it can literally take months to get projects through their staff bureaucracy and into your employees’ hands. Here the typical HR communications project takes one to three weeks. When you have an urgent communications project, we respond quickly.

Here’s an example –

A client had to get information about her new health benefits package into the hands of employees ASAP. We received the project on Wednesday evening. We were happy to work over the weekend to make sure we met her deadline. By Monday morning, she had a complete communications package ready to go. That’s what we mean by responsive.

We’re also accessible. At large agencies it can take forever to get through to the person you need to talk to. Calling for assistance seems to set an entire bureaucracy in motion. The Account Executive has to first meet with the Account Management Team, which then has to meet with the Client Creative Team,  which then has to report back to the Account Executive, who then has to meet with the Traffic Manager to schedule your project. . . .
