As the Editor of Coaching News & Events and a marketing consultant with over 25 years experience, I understand the unique challenges of marketing a professional service like coaching.

The marketing strategies and techniques that work for the typical retail shop, B2B organizations, or non-professional services, simply do not apply to the coaching business. 

Just as each of your clients is unique, so are you as a coach. Because you ARE your business, your marketing needs are unique as well.

A) I can provide you with marketing advisory services. 

This approach is similar to the way you work with a coaching client. We talk, we set goals for our work together, we uncover what it is you want to accomplish with your practice, and then we start down the exciting path of turning marketing possibilities into action plans. 

We will define the specific steps you need to succeed. I am there to guide you through that process, to provide helpful feedback based on my 25 years' marketing experience. I am both a sounding board -- "Does this makes sense? Will this work?" -- and a guide that will help keep you focused on marketing. I also help manage your marketing program and ensure that we stay on schedule and reach the benchmarks we have set together.

You will make better marketing decisions for your business, and you will accomplish more in the marketing area. As a secondary benefit, because I am a MBA who often consults in areas in addition to marketing, I can help keep the "big picture" in front of us, so that you and your business are viewed holistically. 

B) I can deliver complete marketing plans and programs for your coaching practice. 

Like any small business, coaches often need business and marketing plans, practice brochures, public relations and publicity services, newsletters and ezines, web sites and blogs, speeches, ebooks, and email marketing and promotional campaigns to keep the lead pipeline hot.

I've done outstanding work for clients in all of those areas. If we talk and it seems like a good match from both the "human" and skills side of things, we can go forward. My goal is to do the absolute best work for you and your coaching practice.

C) Sample Advisory Session.

Like many coaches, I strongly believe that the best way to find out if we have a "fit" is to have a conversation about your practice. I offer a complimentary sample session of my marketing advisory services. There is absolutely no obligation, no pressure.
